RoyalTees ETC products are handcrafted and made to order. There are no refunds on our merchandise. If the item is found to be defective, we will replace this item. Use the Contact Us feature to inform us of any defects.

Current turnaround time for an order to be received is now 7-10 business days. Orders submitted outside of our operating hours will be processed on the next business day.
We accept all major credit cards. Cash payments can no longer be accepted.
If you select the "Pick-Up In Person" option when ordering from our shop, please make arrangements via email;(royaltees.etc@gmail.com) or call 937-388-5217 to arrange your pick-up. Pick-Ups are free of charge. Pick-Ups will be available in the Dayton Mall area.
By submitting your payment, RoyalTees ETC further represents and warrants that he/she has the right to utilize and distribute all designs created by RoyalTees ETC for the Client (with the exception of business logos).
I grant RoyalTees ETC permission to capture images via video, photo, or audio recording and give them the right to use, publish, copyright, and reproduce in whole or in part of such images for any legitimate purpose. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect, approve, seek compensation, or ownership for products which incorporate all or part of any such images. I voluntarily release and hold RoyalTees ETC harmless from any and all liability arising out of or in any way related to the use of such media.
