RoyalTees ETC products are handcrafted and made to order. There are no refunds on  our products If the item is found to be defective, we will replace this item. Use the Contact Us feature to inform us of any defects.

Monday - Friday: 10am-6pm

Saturday: 8am-Noon

Sunday: Closed 

Current turnaround time for a t-shirt order to be received is now 7-10 business days. Orders submitted outside of our operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

We accept all major credit cards. Cash payments can no longer be accepted.

If you select the "Pick-Up In Person" option when ordering from our shop, please make arrangements via email;(royaltees.etc@gmail.com) or call 937-388-5217 to arrange your pick-up. Pick-Ups are free of charge. Pick-Ups will be available in the Dayton Mall area.

By submitting your payment, RoyalTees ETC further represents and warrants that he/she has the right to utilize and distribute all designs created by RoyalTees ETC for the Client (with the exception of business logos).

I grant RoyalTees ETC permission to capture images  via video, photo, or audio recording and give them the right to use, publish, copyright, and reproduce in whole or in part of such images for any legitimate purpose. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect, approve, seek compensation, or ownership for products which incorporate all or part of any such images. I voluntarily release and hold RoyalTees ETC harmless  from any and all liability arising out of or in any way related to the use of such media.

• Orders are confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit are received.
• A minimum of 2 weeks is required for custom dessert tables. Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee.
• Final guest count and selections must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
• Full payment is due 3 days prior to the event. No setup will occur without full payment.
• All prices are subject to change until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable in full.
• Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.

• Local delivery within 30 minute radius of Dayton, Ohio is included; extended delivery is available for an additional fee.
• Setup time will be coordinated in advance. Please ensure the event space is ready upon arrival.
• Items outsourced and NOT delivered by Dessert Snob must be received by Dessert Snob upon arrival. No outsourced items will be placed after table is completed. Items arriving after completion will require a separate display area.
• Dessert Snob is not responsible for delays caused by restricted venue access.

• Dessert Snob desserts may contain common allergens (dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, etc.).
• While we can discuss alternatives, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for notifying guests.

• Risers, drinkware, dispensers, platters, and other display items are rentals unless otherwise stated.
• All rentals must be returned in original condition within 3 days after the event or additional fees will apply.

• Dessert Snob is not liable for desserts once they are delivered, set up, or picked up.
• Client assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and serving of all items after setup.

• Dessert Snob reserves the right to photograph and use images of our dessert setups for marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
